BigWheel Events is proud to announce that the Marcus King Band will play at the Drive-In Concert Series in the Smokies Stadium parking lot on September 12, 2020. The band will perform as a trio for this show.
The event was made possible by coordinating efforts between BigWheel, Barley’s Knoxville and Blank Newspaper. The event is sponsored jointly by Barley’s and Blank Newspaper as well.
Led by 24-year-old Marcus King, the Marcus King Trio is firmly rooted in the proud tradition of American rock and soul music.
“We’re really excited to bring the Marcus King Band to the Food City Stage,” said Parker Frost, president of BigWheel. “Live music is back in a safe, socially-distanced setting. It’s going to be an unforgettable night for live music. ”The Drive-In Concert Series also has an amazing lineup for Labor Day Weekend, complete with fireworks after every show.
