ESPN has chosen to award the Arthur Ashe Courage Award to Zaevion Dobson.
This is an incredible honor for the Dobson family. Fulton High School is honoring Zaevion with the Zaevion Dobson Scholarship. The first $2400 award was presented this May to Fulton senior Tinaya Gist, who overcame losing everything in a home fire. Fulton is hosting a gala fundraising event entitled, “A Maroon and White Affair” on August 6th at Bridgewater Place.
Thier goal is to raise enough money to have an endowment so that the scholarship can be awarded for every year in the future. Tickets are $50.
