(Knoxville, TN) Another sure sign of spring is the April Record Store Day Celebration and Concert at Lost & Found Records, and this year’s musical lineup is filled with a variety of talented Knoxville bands. From thehighly anticipated debut of band Bad Hangup, to a reunion gig from Knoxville legends Smokin’ Dave & the Premo Dopes, hanging out around the Lost and Found Stage will be the place to be on RSD. Cheap Souvenirs just released their debut e.p., and is fronted by Dirty Guv’nah’s keyboardist Kevin Hyfantis. Knoxville Dub All- Stars bring the live reggae tunes led by uber-talented Drew Fisher. And Knoxville’s own Thursday night live honky tonk dance kings led by Russell Walker will keep the crowd dancing.

Proceeds from this fundraiser event will be donated to east Tennessee’s Own non-profit public radio WDVX. Funds are raised through donations for food, beverages, and WDVX merchandise. Lost and Found Records will also be opening their store earlier that morning for exclusive Record Store Day deals. This event brings members of the Knoxville community to celebrate our local music scene and vinyl records, as well as to benefit a different non-profit, each year. Maria Armstrong from Lost and Found said “We love being able to bring so many good people and friends together for some good music, and to benefit a good cause. We are double excited that your donations will benefit our friends at WDVX, but to also have local music royalty Smokin’ Dave & the Premo Dopes playing our stage, this year!” More information is at wdvx.com.
