Longtime Station Manager Benny Smith will part ways with WUTK after being put on administrative leave last week
Earlier today, our colleagues at Compass obtained a statement released to the College of Communication and Information at the University of Tennessee from Dean Joe Mazer concerning the recent developments at WUTK.
The statement, which addresses the status of station manager Benny Smith and the status of volunteers at the station, are below. Blank was not able to reach Smith for comment.
