Justin Vernon continues to impress with his inaugural Eaux Claires Festival in his hometown of Eau Claire, Wisconsin on July 17-18, 2015. This two day event will run as a day fest on Foster Farm just outside of Eau Claire and will not feature camping. If experiencing Bon Iver live for the first time in almost three years isn’t enough to put the rubber to the road, perhaps the addition of The National (Aaron Dessner asssisted in putting together the lineup), Policia, Sturgill Simpson, Sufjan Stevens, The Tallest Man on Earth, Spoon, Hiss Golden Messenger and Indigo Girls (performing Swamp Ophelia) will encourage your rapid purchase, as this is sure to sell out. Looking further down the card, Sylvan Esso, Phox, Boys Noize, Givers, Charles Bradley, Low, The Blind Boys of Alabama and The Lone Below really round out the middle tier. We’re also really stoked to see the NO BS! Brass Band, which features Reggie Pace (trombone player for Bon Iver) and several members of Matthew E. White’s band after their amazing performance at Lock’n.
