Daddy Mac’s Down Home Dive will open in June in Turkey Creek, Farragut, Tennessee as a brand new concept, generations in the making.
Daddy Mac’s will offer residents in the greater Knoxville area a modern take on Southern hospitality. With a menu that is deeply rooted in the recipes and personalities of owner Dave McFarland’s four grandparents, Mac’s likes to say it’s steeped in family tradition and pickle juice.
Along with a menu where everything’s made from scratch, including the smoked meats on their Bar-B-Cue-Terie Board, Mama’s Got Mac mac n cheese skillets and their exciting shareables for the table, DM’s will also serve local and proprietary craft beers and cocktails.
There’s an echo of live music in the walls, so of course they will host live music throughout the week. With over 50 TVs, Daddy Mac’s also intends to host viewing parties for sports and special events of their own sprinkled in throughout the year.
Renovations at 11335 Campbell Lakes Drive began in March. Once complete, Daddy Mac’s will feature indoor and outdoor seating, a bar inside and one on the patio, a space for private events and a stage for live music.
Daddy Mac’s Down Home Dive is schedule to open in June 2021.
