The Knoxville Noodle Bowl Series is a once-a-month Asian noodle bowl tasting, kicking off on November 9th at Hexagon Brewing Company. The Chefs Collaborative event is a family-friendly, casual picnic-style community event to raise funds to send young chefs to educational programming throughout the United States.
The first evening of the Knoxville Noodle Bowl Series will be held from 6:00PM to 9:00PM at the Hexagon Brewing Co. Taproom at 1002 Dutch Valley Drive. Attendees will enjoy three unique, Asian-style noodle bowls created by local and regional chefs:

Single Tickets can be purchased for $15, and only 100 will be available. Ticket includes 3 bowls and your first beer. Additional beers can be purchased, with $1 from each going to the Chefs Collaborative scholarship fund. Purchase tickets in advance at www.KnoxNoodle.com.
